He is also authorized to notify the user’s Internet provider of his/her actions and stop the user from accessing dodavatel.cz – business search engine.
By accepting the terms of use for Sending e-mails, the user concedes to storage and forwarding of his/her personal data on the request from violated advertisers in dodavatel.cz - search engine.
Where disputes arise, there will be applied domestic law. Arbitral dispute will be solved by relevant institution.
