The user agrees not to use the service of Sending e-mails for sending inappropriate material. Sending political, pornographic, religious or other offensive material shall be considered as abuse. Messages containing such contents shall be treated as UCE (unsolicited electronic mail), also known as spamming. Spamming is prohibited by law and can be chargeable as such. The recipient of unsolicited electronic mail shall be entitled to damages claim against the sender. Dun & Bradstreet Czech Republic, a.s. shall not be held responsible for the contents, completeness of data nor delivery of e-mails. He is also authorized to notify the user’s Internet provider of his/her actions and stop the user from accessing dodavatel.cz – business search engine. By accepting the terms of use for Sending e-mails, the user concedes to storage and forwarding of his/her personal data on the request from violated advertisers in dodavatel.cz - search engine. Where disputes arise, there will be applied domestic law. Arbitral dispute will be solved by relevant institution.
