Messages containing such contents shall be treated as UCE (unsolicited electronic mail), also known as spamming. Spamming is prohibited by law and can be chargeable as such. The recipient of unsolicited electronic mail shall be entitled to damages claim against the sender. By accepting the terms of use for Sending e-mails, the user concedes to storage and forwarding of his/her personal data on the request from violated advertisers in dodavatel.cz - search engine. Where disputes arise, there will be applied domestic law. Arbitral dispute will be solved by relevant institution.
